Its OVER!
Tara and I have completed our full cleanse... wow that was a tough 11 days. The last 2 days were cleanse days and we didn't eat any food at all.. just drinks and almonds.. not too mention we had the entire family over for Halloween and there were cupcakes and candy everywhere! not to mention my moms lasagna.. that was a rough test. But we made it through and feel great! Proud of Tara.. shes a trooper!! And it feels great to eat again! I guess the true test is how we feel this next week but I already feel great. I lost 12 pounds on this.. crazy! Thought I would post pics of my first meal back.. First Watch this morning.. yum!
